Santa Monica College

Theresa Tang joined Santa Monica College Athletics as Interim Assistant Athletic Director after serving the college in both Athletics and Student Success & Counseling. Her experience has given her a unique perspective on supporting student-athletes both on and off the field.

Theresa believes athletics is about more than wins and losses. It is an opportunity for students to grow academically, athletically, and personally while developing teamwork, accountability, and confidence. She is committed to creating an environment built on communication, collaboration, respect, and student support, helping ensure student-athletes have the resources they need to succeed in the classroom, in competition, and beyond.
